W2 Draw on Commission — Your Income Potential
You receive a guaranteed draw between $30,000–$50,000/year (paid bi-weekly), plus 40% commission on every placement at an average fee of $23,000. Once your commissions surpass your draw amount, you earn additional income on top of your draw.
How the Draw Works
Your selected $40,000/year guaranteed salary is paid bi-weekly ($1,538/paycheck) regardless of performance. You earn 40% on each $23,000 placement fee = $9,200 per placement. Your commissions must reach $40,000 before you receive any additional pay — that takes roughly 5 placements to break even. Every dollar above that threshold is added directly to your paycheck on top of your regular bi-weekly draw.
