When do I receive the bonus?
You'll receive your $1,000 bonus after the referred company becomes a client and successfully completes their first placement with us.
What qualifies as a new client?
The company must not have worked with Luxus Group in the past 12 months and must not currently be in discussions with our team.
What types of companies can I refer?
Any AEC firm (Architecture, Engineering, Construction, etc.) that has hiring needs and would benefit from specialized recruiting services.
Is there a limit to how many companies I can refer?
No limit! Refer as many qualified companies as you'd like.
How will I track my referral status?
