Studio Leader Qualifications & Requirements

Technical Skills

  • Licensed Architect (RA) required
  • 12–20+ years of progressive AEC experience with at least 4–6 years in project leadership
  • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams of 6–20 professionals
  • Proven track record of client relationship development and business development wins
  • Expertise in full project lifecycle from concept design through construction administration
  • Experience with project fee management, budget performance, and utilization tracking
  • Strong knowledge of Revit, project delivery workflows, and design quality standards

Education:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture required

Certifications:

Licensed Architect (RA) required. NCARB certification preferred. LEED AP, WELL AP, or AIA Fellowship a plus depending on firm's practice focus.
