- Produce test fits and utilization studies
- Coordinate with design and construction teams during implementation
- Evaluate existing space utilization and develop improvement strategies
- Produce reports and presentations for client review
- Ensure designs meet code requirements and accessibility standards

Space Planner Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills
- •3-8 years of space planning or interior design experience
- •Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- •CAFM/IWMS software experience (Archibus, FM:Systems, etc.) a plus
- •Understanding of building codes, ADA, and life safety requirements
- •Strong graphic communication and presentation skills
