  • Experience with utility SCADA/EMS platforms: GE EMS, OSIsoft PI, Aspentech, ABB Network Manager, Schneider ArcFM
  • Communication protocols: DNP3, IEC 61850, IEC 61968/61970, Modbus TCP, ICCP
  • RTU configuration and IED integration (SEL, Schweitzer, GE, ABB)
  • NERC CIP-002 through CIP-014 compliance requirements
  • OT network architecture: firewalls, data diodes, electronic security perimeters (ESPs)
  • 4-10 years of SCADA engineering experience in a utility or engineering firm
