Quantity Surveyor Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills
- •3-10 years of quantity surveying experience
- •Proficiency in CostX, Bluebeam, or similar takeoff software
- •Knowledge of NRM, SMM7, or CSI MasterFormat
- •Experience with JCT, NEC, or AIA contracts
- •Strong measurement and mathematical skills

Education:
