Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills
- •Experience with distribution ERP/order management systems (Eclipse, Epicor, Prophet 21, SAP)
- •Ability to read and interpret technical product specifications
- •Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- •Strong quoting accuracy and bid management experience
- •Knowledge of product lines: electrical, HVAC, plumbing, automation, or industrial supply
- •2-5 years inside sales experience in distribution or technical product environment
