Estimator Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills
- •3-7 years of construction estimating experience
- •Proficiency in estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, On-Screen Takeoff)
- •Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- •Knowledge of building codes and construction standards
- •Advanced Excel and spreadsheet skills
- •Blueprint reading and interpretation
