Cost Manager Qualifications & Requirements
Technical Skills
- •5-12 years of construction cost management experience
- •Proficiency in cost management software (CostX, Planswift, Sage)
- •Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- •Experience with quantity surveying and measurement
- •Familiarity with NEC, AIA, or FIDIC contract forms

Education & Certifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

- +5D BIM cost management experience
- +Knowledge of public procurement regulations
